Moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera)
Take 1 teaspoon per day with meals, increasing up to 2 tablespoons a day, six days a week. If intestinal discomfort is felt or excessive flatulence occurs, lower the dose by half for two weeks and then resume larger amounts.
